APS GmbH - European Centre for Mechatronics is a non-profit research institute located in Aachen, Germany. For more than 30 years, it has been conducting basic and applied research as well as developing engineering solutions for the industry. APS founded the European Centre for Mechatronics in 1994 with the goal to push research in the area of mechatronics as a key technology for progressive technical developments for the future. Core technologies used in designing engineering solutions include mechatronics, robotics, ICT, embedded systems, industrial communication and human-machine interaction. In these areas, more than 35 European projects had been successfully accomplished in cooperation with international industry and research partners.
APS GmbH - European Centre for Mechatronics joined hands with the Assam Kaziranga University in December 2015, in building ‘a center of excellence’ in Mechatronics in the University. The parties have also agreed to jointly conduct an Advanced Robotic Control Lab.
The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce
The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce or UTCC is one of the oldest private non-profit higher education institutions located in Bangkok, Thailand. The university's origin dates back to 1940. Its Business School is accredited by the United States Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. Kaziranga University has joined hands with UTCC on July 2015 for various exchange and immersion programmes for its Management students.
Enterprise with Plymouth University
Kaziranga University, Assam, has entered into an academic partnership with the University of Plymouth, UK, which is one of its most prominent and dynamic universities, with an academic history of over 150 years. It has been consistently ranked as one of the top three modern universities in the UK for its standards of educational quality and research. Through KU’s current partnership and collaboration, it intends to augment the knowledge and skills of KU students, drawing from the rich heritage of the University of Plymouth and thereby enabling KU students to adequately prepare for the global market.
Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is one of the two largest public universities in Singapore. NTU is the fastest-rising university in the QS Global Top 50, and is ranked 4th in the world among young elite universities. NTU aims to groom active citizens of the world who can lead and manage new, complex, global challenges, such as in the energy, environment and healthcare sectors. MBA students of KU visited NTU under the Global Immersion Program.
New Jersey Institute of Technology
New Jersey Institute of Technology, also known as NJIT, is a public research university located in the University Heights neighbourhood of Newark, New Jersey, United States. NJIT is the Science and Technology University of the state of New Jersey. Engineering students of Kaziranga University will get an opportunity to participate in a six week research project in the prestigious NJIT, renowned for the globally acclaimed Summer Research Program. KU students will have access to all NJIT’s world class academic and research facilities to address their needs. Under the program offered, the students of Kaziranga University can visit NJIT for six week starting mid-June to the end of July.
Webster University was founded in 1915 and is the only Tier-I, private, non-profit US based University with a network of international residential campuses in North America, Europe and Asia. The University has been recognized as a leader in international education for more than 30 years, and has global orientation dates going back to the early 1900s. KU has tied up with Webster University for mutual collaboration between the two universities, for student exchange, faculty exchange and joint programmes.
Cardiff Metropolitan University
Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK (CMU) has an educational history dating back to 1865. It has been independently acclaimed for its high academic standards and high levels of student satisfaction. The University's close alliance with its Associate College, the London School of Commerce and overseas partnerships offers KU programmes in Egypt, Korea, Morocco, Sri Lanka and Singapore.
