Two BTech (Computer Science and Engineering) final year students have worked on applied cryptography under the supervision of Dr. Monowar H Bhuyan, HOD, Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Prof.AmarjyotiGoswami, Dean, School of Engineering and Technology. As outcome, they have designed a multi-level cryptographic protocol for two party key exchange and accepted their protocol for publication by the prestigious ninth IEEE International Conference on Contemporary Computing, August 11-13, 2016 at JIIT, Noida. This conference is jointly organized every year since 2008 by the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India and the University of Florida, Gainesville, USA. It focuses on topics that are of contemporary interest to computer and computational scientists and engineers. The details of accepted paper is given below.
Saurabh Choudhury, Abhishek Kalwar, AmarjyotiGoswami and Monowar H Bhuyan. BRC-KEP: A Secure Biometric and Reversible CA Based 2-Party Key Exchange Protocol. Accepted for publication in the Ninth IEEE International Conference on Contemporary Computing, August 11-13, 2016, JIIT, Noida.
