Step by step guide for online fee payment for the existing students of KU

  1. Go to the Kaziranga University website and click on online hostel fees payment.
  2. After clicking on online fees payment, a self-service portal page will appear where you need to login by giving your User Id and Password.
    Your User Id and Password will be :
    User id: Student ID No @kazirangauniversity.in
    Password: 123456789

    (Please note - this is a default password and you need to change the same after login. Please note, those who already changed the password no need to change again for the self-service portal)
    Example: If your Student ID No is BS19MSIMH001 then,
    Your User Id will be: bs19msimh001@kazirangauniversity.in
    Password: 123456789
  3. After resetting your password, a self-service page will open, and in that page, click on the tab called online fees payment (it will display directly on the landing page itself).
  4. After clicking the online fees payment tab, a new payment window will open where you can see your fees details like academic fees which is a total of tuition fees + Rs.1200 club fee and hostel fee (those who have opted for hostel according to their seater).
  5. Students can pay the hostel fee now.
  6. Before making the payment, you can select only one fee tab
  7. After paying the fee receipt will be saved in your account which you can download or print from the transaction details part, which is available in the fee home page itself.
  8. Please do not worry if you forgot to download or print the receipt after making the payment. You can print or download your receipts at any time you want. Just login to your account and it will be saved until you passed out from the university.
  9. In case the payment gets failed, please don’t worry! Just take a screenshot or send the transaction details to dipankar.sarmah@kazirangauniversity.in

Step by step Guidelines for providing Faculty Feedback by Student

  1. Go to the Kaziranga University website (www.kazirangauniversity.in) and click on the “Student Login” tab.
  2. Login to your Student Profile by giving your User ID and Password.
    Your User Id will be: Student ID No @kazirangauniversity.in
    Example: If your Student ID No is BS19MSIMH001 then, Your User Id will be: bs19msimh001@kazirangauniversity.in.
    Your Password will be what you have set for your Student Profile earlier. In case you are logging in for the first time your password will be: 123456789 (Please note - this is a default password and you need to change the same after login)
  3. After logging in to your Student Profile, click on the “Feedback”.
  4. Click on the “Submit Feedback” tab that appears below.
  5. On the new page that opens, under the “Pending” window click on “View All”.
  6. On the new page that opens,
    1. Under the “Feedback Type” select “Subject’s faculty” from the drop down list
    2. Under the “Feedback Name” select “Faculty Feedback Odd Semester 2020

  7. After selecting, please click on Search. You will be able to see the names of the Faculty for the subjects you had in the last semester.
  8. You have to fill in the Feedback for each subject by clicking the “Submit Feedback” tab that appears on the right side of each subject.
  9. After filling each form, please click “Submit”.
