"Without mathematics, there's nothing you can do. Everything around you is mathematics"
With this regard, Kaziranga University and the School of Basic Sciences organized a two day "Basic Mathematics" on 22nd and 23rd July, 2019. The workshop was aimed at enhancing the basic mathematics skill for the students of  Basic Science. The program was coordinated by Dr. Pallabi Saikia from the Department of Mathematics, Kaziranga University.The workshop witnessed the presence of more than 120 student participants from the same school. The program was graced by eminent speakers invited from different regions of Assam. The distinguished speakers of the workshop were:

Overall, the Workshop was a big success and it received a positive feedback from the participants.
