Ms. Upasha Sharma, PhD. student, Department of Physics, got an opportunity to visit the Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Bhat, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, for a period of 3 weeks and 5 days during September 2018. During the visit, Upasha has been working with Prof. R. Ganesh of IPR, to learn MD Simulation, Python as well as non-equilibrium statistical mechanics of Langevin systems. Upasha Sharma is also a JRF at the Department's ongoing BRNS sanctioned project entitled “A First-Principle Numerical Simulation of the Strongly Coupled Multi-Ion Plasma in the Presence of an External Magnetic Field”, No. 39/14/25/2016-BRNS/34014, Dated 03/04/2017, Principal Investigator: Dr. Swati Baruah.
